Project Description

Palm House Hotel is one of then most unique and prestigious projects in the United States.  Palm House is the last hotel to be allowed on Palm Beach Island, the beautiful and ultra-exclusive island where the international rich and famous play, relax and make their homes. The project is being presented under the EB5 Investor Visa program which offers expedited immigration and permanent residency to the United States under the Regional Center Pilot Program of the United States Citizens & Immigration Service (“USCIS”). The project is included in the approved Regional Center known as the South Atlantic Regional Center.
