ADF | American Dream Fund ("ADF") operates the Los Angeles, Portland, and Las Vegas EB-5 Regional Centers and is one of the most respected EB-5 companies in the United States. Following ADF's instrumental role and leadership in the successful W Hotel Hollywood EB-5 project, ADF is pleased to offer a new and exciting EB-5 qualified investment offering that will finance the construction, development, and operation of the SLS Hotel & Casino™ Las Vegas, a new lifestyle-branded casino resort to be established on the world famous Las Vegas Blvd (aka the Las Vegas Strip).
Stockbridge/SBE Holdings, LLC (the “Project Company”) will renovate the Sahara and rebrand the property as the SLS Las Vegas, a premier hotel and casino, which will occupy a total of approximately 2.2 million square feet of building area and will be appointed with a full range of first-class facilities, features, and amenities as follows:
· 3 hotel towers consisting of 1,371 rooms and 251 suites
· 66,154 square feet of casino space, including 860 slot machines, 112 gambling tables, and a 2,840 square foot sports book area, designed to be an integrated extension of the restaurants and night clubs at SLS Las Vegas
· 32,700 square feet of convention space
· 4 sbe Entertainment Group branded night clubs, covering 71,650 square feet with a total customer capacity of 5,000
· 8,000 square feet of bars and lounges.
· 12 sbe Entertainment Group branded restaurants,occupying a total of 43,000 square feet and having a total seating capacity of 1,671
· Pool area offering cabanas, a show stage, and a cocktail and snack bar in a 39,150 square foot area
· Spa and fitness facilities occupying 8,000 square feet
· 7,500 square feet dedicated to on-site retail space
· Parking area with 2,100 spaces
