San Francisco Regional Center

(14%)

San Francisco Regional Center (SFRC) is an organization dedicated to helping individuals and families understand how to obtain EB-5 visas. But just as important, our EB-5 approach is focused on stable, job generation projects that selectively qualify our investors for the ultimate results they seek – a permanent green card. We specialize in healthcare and call center projects to date that are based on secure, U.S.-approved projects that protect and deliver results for our investors.

The San Francisco Regional Center (SFRC) is an EB-5 business, which is federally-designated by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). The United States EB-5 program was created as a job creation vehicle that is based on foreign direct investment into the U.S. In return for successful job creation (10 jobs for every $500,000 invested in a Targeted Employment Area within 2 years), the investor gets a green card for his/her entire family under the age of 21.

SFRC was founded by Tom Henderson, an Oakland, California native and resident with a history of over 30 years of successful business launches and involvement with enterprises in the U.S. focused on a variety of import/export, financial and real estate companies, many of which brought him through the Singapore gateway into Asia. Therefore, some of the roots of the early EB-5 investor activities originated in Singapore.

Our projects have a significant and immediate advantage due to our location in a geographic hub, home to many of the world's largest technology corporations. The combined metropolitan Bay Area region stretching from Silicon Valley/San Jose through Oakland and San Francisco represent a GDP value of over $500 billion and is home to many of the industry leaders in technology such as Google, Yahoo!, Facebook, Cisco, Apple, Oracle, Marvell, Intel, and Hewlett-Packard. The region is number two in the country for the largest concentration of Fortune 500 companies after New York. We are currently approved to develop EB-5 projects in the counties of San Francisco, Alameda and Contra Costa counties.

Please inquire further about a wide range of services we can offer your family in the areas of financial, legal, health insurance and education (College and K-12) admissions for our clients.
