Path America is a U.S. Immigration-approved regional center that operate regional centers in the Pacific Northwest, including one in Snohomish County and one in King County, that strives to support non U.S. Citizens who wish to immigrate to the United States through the EB-5 immigrant investment program. The team at Path America will use the EB-5 program to help individuals and/or families who wish to live in the United States gain permanent resident status. We understand that this transition can be challenging, and our goal is to make it as seamless as possible. We offer resources to aid families as they adapt to living in a new country, including education information, immigration process status, links to community services and groups, and the best legal team for both immigration and business real estate transactions. Additionally, we are the only regional center that provides full concierge services in your native language.

Our mission is to increase employment and promote regional economic growth through targeted investments while also assisting nonresidents to become integrated, permanent U.S. residents. Immigration to the U.S. is a complicated process. We understand that and have personal experience navigating the system. Path America's legal team will assemble and submit the necessary immigration application paperwork on your behalf. We also provide an up-to-the minute status of your green card application. If you prefer, you have the option to use your own attorney to submit your immigration application. As the premier EB-5 immigration investment company, Path America offers superior investment opportunities in the Pacific Northwest. Path America seeks out real estate and targeted business investments with the goal of providing strong, stable returns.

Path America, formerly known as Dargey Enterprises, has been a successful development company in the Pacific Northwest since 2002. We focus our development efforts on projects that are sustainable, build and enrich communities, and create jobs in the local economy.  We focus on projects that align with our core values as a company and as individuals. Lobsang Dargey, President of Path America, began his construction career at age 14 designing Temples and Stupas for monasteries in Tibet and India before emigrating to the United States in 1997 and founding Dargey Enterprises/Path America. Path America's portfolio will be valued at over $400 million, including the projects that are already slated for the next three years. By the end of 2013, the portfolio is projected to consist of nearly 1,000,000 square feet of Class 'A' office space, 750,000 square feet of industrial space, 500,000 square feet of retail space and over 2,000 apartment units. Recent projects include: the Everett Public Market, the Chicago Title Building, Potala Village-Everett, and Kirkland Aqua.

Path America is a one-stop shop for foreign investors who wish to live in the U.S.  Not only does Path America offer outstanding investment options, but also, through our concierge services, we help with all aspects of adjusting to life in the United States.  We manage the entire Green Card application process, we assist with family settlement in the U.S., and we can provide information to help connect your children to the best college or university for them.
