We are a real estate development company focused on commercial projects that enhance and strengthen neighborhoods and communities. We have been in the real estate business since 2005 and are one of the fastest growing businesses in the Northwest.

In 2006, we acquired and developed the 50,000 square-foot late Boeing B-29 bomber facility in Everett, Washington. Built in 1909, the building has been completely renovated including the addition of a passenger elevator. The building is now home to restaurants, salons, galleries, a grocery store, and water view luxury office spaces.

Other projects include: Development of Potala Village Everett, a multistory mixed-use building with 108 apartments and 15,000+ square foot retail and restaurant space; Renovation of the Cogswell College Building, built in 1917 for the Federal Government
