In 2006, we acquired and developed the 50,000 square-foot late Boeing B-29 bomber facility in Everett, Washington. Built in 1909, the building has been completely renovated including the addition of a passenger elevator. The building is now home to restaurants, salons, galleries, a grocery store, and water view luxury office spaces.
