2016 LAS VEGAS EB-5 CONFERENCE

EB5 Investors Magazine and EB5Investors.com are proud to announce that the Third Annual Las Vegas EB-5 Conference will take place on January 15–16, 2015 at the Five Diamond Bellagio Hotel located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

We are pleased to welcome Congressman Jared Polis (D-CO-2) as a confirmed keynote speaker. The conference is timed to provide the latest in legislative updates regarding the EB-5 Regional Center Program, and we are excited to include analysis from Congressman Polis, a key EB-5 political figure.

Conference Details

Friday, January 15th

EB-5 workshops on January 15th will offer attendees a small group setting for coaching on foundational concepts:

EB-5 Legal Workshop: designed for attorneys and all 2-day ticketed attendees, the seminar will cover concepts such as source of funds issues and how to evaluate EB-5 project documents for immigration compliance. Attendance is limited. CLE credit available.

EB-5 Due Diligence Workshop: designed for migration agents, the seminar will cover due diligence matters and conclude with an hour-long legislative update and analysis. Our first workshop for migration agents will be taught by Stephen Yale-Loehr and Lincoln Stone. Attendance is limited.

Saturday, January 16th

The one-day conference on January 16th will deliver an interactive and premium networking experience for all attendees and sponsors, and provide valuable information in beginner and advanced panels on various topics such as EB-5 legislative developments, using EB-5 as part of the capital stack, and current legal trends with EB-5 petition adjudication.
