Daniel B. Lundy
Daniel B. Lundy is a Partner at Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP, and a member of the Firm's EB-5 practice. Mr. Lundy's practice is focused on representing EB-5 developers, projects, and regional centers; representing clients in complex, difficult or troubled matters; and litigating immigration cases in federal court. Mr. Lundy also has experience working with court appointed Receivers in troubled EB-5 projects. Mr. Lundy has successfully represented numerous immigrant investors in their EB-5 petitions and applications, including investors seeking permanent residence through investment in their own businesses and investors seeking permanent residence through investments into USCIS approved Regional Centers.
Mr. Lundy also represents developers and others who seek to use foreign investment funds under the EB-5 program to fund their projects, either through the formation of a Regional Center or by joining with an existing Regional Center. Mr. Lundy works with various securities lawyers, economists, business plan writers and other professionals in the preparation and filing of Regional Center designation and Regional Center amendment applications, I-526 and I-829 templates, and other filings.
Mr. Lundy also heads the Firm's EB-5 Compliance practice, which helps regional centers or developers identify, collect, and maintain appropriate documentation of investment activity and job creation for the purposes of meeting audit or reporting requirements and ensuring they have the documents they need for the investor I-829 petitions.

Mr. Lundy is a Partner at Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP. Mr. Lundy leads the firm's EB-5 Regional Center and Developer practice and its EB-5 Compliance Practice. Mr. Lundy has represenets investors, regional centers and EB-5 projects in complex adjudications, including RFEs, NOIDs, appeals, and litigation to overturn USCIS denials. He also routinely works with regional centers and EB-5 projects to structure their deals to be EB-5 compliant in order to ensure investors have a successful immigration outcome. Mr. Lundy also represents regioanl centers in site visits and USCIS audits, and is one of the only lawyers in the country to have attended a USCIS regional center audit.
Mr. Lundy graduated from Law school in 2006 and has been practicing immigration law ever since. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked as an immigration attorney in New York where he handled a broad variety of immigration matters including litigating immigration cases in federal court.
Mr. Lundy is admitted to the bar in the State of New York, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the First, Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Seventh and Eleventh Circuits, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Lundy is a graduate of Hunter College (B.A., 2000) and Fordham University School of Law (J.D. 2006). He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and IIUSA.
