Harbourside Place has Community Development District (CDD) Approval and the Jupiter Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) has agreed to provide $5.25Million in Tax Incremental Financing (TIF) over the next 15 years. This is the first time in the history of the Town of Jupiter that the government has contributed funds to a private development project. In addition to the government contributions on the local level, the project has received a grant from the State Agency Florida Inland Navigation District (FIND) in the amount of $1.685Million to assist in the construction of the Riverwalk and Marina. The EB-5 contribution to the Project will be $80Million from 160 investors.
