The USIF New York Regional Center is located in the world’s most thriving metropolis to provide worthwhile opportunities for foreign investors and their families to obtain permanent U.S. residency through the EB-5 Visa Program.

The New York Regional Center is responsible for the oversight of EB-5 projects in and around New York City. Projects such as Bryant Park and The Charles, in Manhattan, offer immediate access to the city’s most renowned landmarks. Times Square, Grand Central Terminal, Madison Square Garden, Fifth Avenue and The Chrysler Building are all located in Midtown Manhattan.
 
New York City attracts visitors and residents from all around the world every year. The New York real estate market has experienced a strong rebound since the 2008 recession, a large part because of its international market. For the past few years, affluent buyers from all over the world have poured into the increasingly globalized Manhattan real estate market. Individuals from Europe, Asia and South America all continue to seek out NYC real estate the market continues to strengthen and prove good investments.
 
New York Regional Center recently partnered with Bluerock Real Estate to develop The Charles, a luxury condominium building with ground floor retail space in Manhattan. USIF and New York Regional Center worked with international investors, developers and banks to fund the project’s $157 million budget.
