President and Chief Marketing Officer of U.S. Immigration Fund (USIF)

Nicholas Mastroianni, III is an accomplished and transformative global executive with decades of experience, including the last twelve as President and Chief Marketing Officer of U.S. Immigration Fund (USIF). 

At USIF, Nicholas is responsible for overseeing and successfully evolving the global brand as well as all the individuals within the USIF organization. As President of U.S. Immigration Fund, Nicholas oversees the creation, development, and successful application of the company’s EB-5 day to day business. In addition, as Chief Marketing Officer of USIF Nicholas is responsible for leading the company’s marketing strategies, including being an integral thought leader within the industry and throughout the EB-5 Reform Act. 

Nicholas and his father Nick have a streamlined partnership that continues to facilitate new projects and opportunities in a new global marketplace. Together they have created a renowned global presence and as a result USIF is one of the most reputable EB-5 regional centers within the industry. Through Mastroianni’s strong economic and global business relationships, USIF works with some of the most successful and well-known developers and influential legislative officials. 

Nicholas holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing and Finance and has spent many years studying abroad to understand the global marketplace. Nicholas is a member and involved in: Invest In the USA (IIUSA), Palm Beach County’s Business Development Board (BDB), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and International Immigration Professionals. Additionally, Nicholas sits on the board of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Palm Beach Chapter and serves as committee member for several philanthropic organizations. In 2015, Mastroianni III was named ‘Young Professional of the Year’ from South Florida’s NPB Chamber of Commerce.
