Our investors want to know when they can file a new I-526 petition. Will they be able to submit at the end of the 60 days from the recent EB-5 law enactment?

Great question. Unfortunately, the answer is not encouraging. All RCs have to go through a recertification process by filling out the required I-956 form to be eligible to submit the I-924 project-related application. Until an RC is recertified and sends information about the EB-5 project they want to register, no investor can file their I-526 petitions.
