One Regional Center announced they have already received their I-956F receipt from USCIS. We are hearing that other Regional Centers that filed about a month ago started to receive theirs as well. Your investors can file their I-526 petitions when the Regional Center sponsoring the project has the I-956F receipt notice from USCIS. The project details do not need the approval to allow investors to file their I-526 petitions. The only requirement USCIS is mandating is for the Regional Center to have received the note stating that USCIS has received their project details.
