Vieira’s lawsuit maintains Anthony Korda was never licensed to practice law in either Florida or Vermont. The Korda Law firm website says he is admitted to practice law in California and also maintains an office in Beverly Hills. Vieira is seeking more than $2 million in compensatory, consequential, general and punitive damages, plus restitution from all profits, compensation and benefits the defendants collected. He asked for a jury trial.
