How should exemplar project changes be submitted?
We have an exemplar approved project that needs some minor changes. They are not material in nature. How would I submit the updated material to USCIS for approval? Would I need to submit the entire package again with the updates, or would I be able to just provide the corrections in a supplemental letter?
Answers
Changes could cause problems when the time comes to remove conditions on your conditional lawful permanent residence. Depending on how material the changes are, you may have to start over.
