How will other EB-5 investors affect my own EB-5 application?
If I invest in a regional center project, and any of the other EB-5 investors have their I-526 petitions denied, how would my personal EB-5 application be affected? Or if another EB-5 investor's I-829 petition is eventually denied, or they get a request for evidence, what would happen to my own I-829?

Good question. It all depends on the reason of the denial. If the denial is project related it will of course affect all the other applicants in the project as well. If, on the other hand, the denial is applicant specific then it should not have any adverse effect on the remaining applicants. For example, if the applicant is denied for a specific source of funds issue, that is totally individual specific and should not have any adverse effect on the remaining applicants.
