Project Description

Green Valley Hospital (GVH) is a medical campus facility that includes a 50 bed acute care hospital and 40,000 square feet of medical office space in Green Valley Arizona.  Green Valley has been designated as a medically underserved community and was in great need of a hospital prior to the development of GVH.  The project was successfully funded by 112 EB-5 investors with a 100% success rate of I-526 approvals.  The hospital opens in Summer 2015 and will be serving the aging Green Valley Commmunity with state-of-the-art medical care.

 

 

Project Timeline

Construction has been completed. Soft opening to occur June 1. Our official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony will be October 26th during Green Card Fund's Annual Investment Summit.
