The buzzy eatery by CHLOE. has changed the game for vegans looking for a quick bite on the go. Just last week, the company opened the doors to its newest location in Williamsburg in Brooklyn.
“Brooklyn has grown into a culinary hot spot, so we always had opening here on our radar. We wanted to do something special since it was our first borough expansion, so we created an exclusive menu item — The ‘Burg BLT — made with the shiitake mushroom bacon our fans crave,” Samantha Wasser, co-founder of by CHLOE., said in a statement. “It’s a unique twist on the American classic; perfect for Williamsburg’s creative neighborhood.”
In addition to The ‘Burg BLT, the Williamsburg location will also be home to an exclusive Chill by CHLOE. flavor — Ube S’mores ice cream, with chocolate covered graham crackers and toasted marshmallow. Other flavors include Raspberry and Cream, Salted Peanut Butter, Kale Cookies and Cream, and Coffee by CHLOE.
Other specials in March include mushroom avocado toast, cashew cream of broccoli, oat almond pancake, toasted cauliflower chimichurri, and blueberry lemonade.
The new by CHLOE. is located at 171 N. 3rd St. and will be open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
