Film Co. Cre8tive Works Positions Studio Development for Foreign Visa Investment
Cre8tive Works Announces Decision to Position the Company to Pursue Financing for the Film Studio Project Through Foreign Investment Visa Program
Cre8tive Works, Inc. ("Cre8tive") announces decision to position the company to pursue financing for the film studio project through foreign investment visa program.
In September 2015, Cre8tive took part in the City of Miami International Business Development EB-5 Regional Center Workshop. Discussions took place on the creation of USCIS EB-5 project and how investors and project professionals work through the foreign investor visa process. National expert teams who are integral to projects came together on specific panels to discuss key areas of legal, business, marketing, raising capital, compliance and investor representation.
Cre8tive has already identified viable facilities to be transformed into soundstages while working directly with local real estate company, Marianas Living, while in Saipan and has decided to pursue EB-5 Visa financing as one of the various unique non-dilutive financing stack tools for these types of real estate acquisitions. The applicability of EB-5 Visa Program can play a role in partial financing in the establishment of physical studio and hotel property development and also the funding of film projects.
