The Project Company will use the proceeds of the Loan to develop a new mixed-use real estate project consisting of a 238-key Hyatt hotel, 121 residential condominiums, and 8,500 square feet of retail space in a 46-story building, planned to be the tallest in Fort Lauderdale. The Project is located at 100 East Las Olas Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301 on a 0.88-acre parcel.
The Project will include a Hyatt Centric hotel on floors seven through fifteen. The hotel will include 238 rooms, a restaurant and lounge featuring outdoor seating on Las Olas Boulevard, ~8,000 square feet of meeting space, an outdoor pool and amenity deck, a fitness room, a business center, and a gift shop. The hotel will also contain appropriate parking capacity (enclosed parking garage) and all necessary back-of-the-house space.
The Project will also include 121 condominium units from floors 16 through 46. These units will be built with high-end finishes and features, as well as access to luxury amenities. Some of these features include floor-to-ceiling windows, stone countertops, high-end appliances, wood or stone flooring, designer bathrooms, etc. Each unit will also have a large terrace and/or balcony.
Floors one through six of the Project will include ground floor retail space and a parking garage with ample capacity for hotel guests, condominium residents, and visitors.
The Project is located in Fort Lauderdale, in central Broward County, FL. Broward County encompasses the Fort Lauderdale-Pompano Beach-Deerfield Beach, FL Metropolitan Division, which falls within the broader Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach, FL
