The Residence Inn by Marriott at 11 South LaSalle Street is a 381 room extended stay hotel and this is Marriott's largest Residence Inn in the world. Attached to the hotel is the Roanoke Restaurant with a 160-seat full service three meal restaurant. The Residence Inn opened for business in September 2015 and The Roanoke is scheduled to open in the summer of 2016. This is a unique opportunity because the hotel project has already been completed with over 90% occupancy rate since its opening.
The project is offered under LaSalle Street Regional Center (“LSRC”), an approved Regional Center designated by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services department of the federal government. The LSRC is a qualifying participant in the Immigrant Investor Program, which is also known as EB-5 VISA program.
