United States EB-5 Program I-526 Petition Hit 3.5 Year High this Quarter
In this report by IMI Daily, the rejuvenated EB-5 program demonstrates positive signs. With the current minimum investment set at $800,000, immigrant investors have contributed over $1.43 billion to the U.S. in the fiscal year so far. As usual, the majority of applicants have chosen Regional Centers Projects, constituting 93% of all applications. Application volume is at its highest since Q1 2020. The backlog for pending I-526 applications is gradually decreasing. USCIS continues to process petitions at a consistent rate compared to the previous quarter.
