Considering current events undoubtedly reaching the investor pool in Asia is much different and may realistically is for some considerable time. For now many immigration agencies may fold in Seoul & Beijing (as reported from our associates/sources in Beijing and Seoul). These private groups efficiently were the credible source of large pool of wealthy investors for almost all CIP programs (not considering India). Some have been hit hard with failed/bankrupt investment projects in US (since concentrated most on large developers who are now unable to fill with tenants) Seems most did not save for the rainy day that has arrived here and abroad. My local folks and executive team in Asia are moving watchfully. We are carefully evaluating comprehensive programs now as we have access to the potential pool. With decreased wealth, qualified applicants will be more prudent and will invariably find the best options. It may not exactly be a price war, but it will surely be a value-for-money battle. That naturally means better security, affordable healthcare, modern education, social mobility and financial opportunities.
The successful programs which willingly offer all the boxes will undoubtedly see the most benefit. A refocus must be done as early as now. The pandemic will eventually pass, and we will move on.
