USCIS has published processing data for July through September 2019 (FY2019 Q4). (1/15 Update: Today USCIS deleted links to the Q4 EB-5 reports that were posted yesterday on the Immigration & Citizenship Data page. Was it something I said? But the direct links I saved yesterday still work: I-526 report, I-829 report, I-924 and other form report. I’ll revise this post if by chance revised Q4 reports get posted.)
