I-526 approvals granted for Seattle Innovation Center EB-5 project

I-526 approvals granted for Seattle Innovation Center EB-5 project

EB-5, EB-5 Visa, EB-5 Investment

In an exciting milestone for the Seattle Innovation Center EB-5 project, a group of the earliest EB-5 investors in the project have received their I-526 approval and made progress in their quest for permanent U.S. residency. These latest I-526 approvals began with priority dates of August, September, and October 2017, which means approval came within one year of filing.

The Seattle Innovation Center continues construction with 10 floors now complete: five below grade and five above grade. Each new floor from here to completion is expected to take about a week. WeWork is expected to occupy the building by the middle of 2020, and EB-5 loan payback is expected shortly thereafter.

We continue to anticipate changes in the U.S. laws that govern EB-5, so now is the window to subscribe to EB-5 under the known rules. For guidance, please contact your immigration attorney.
