North Atlantic Regional Center, announces the start of construction of Bank Street Lofts, an EB5 project
North Atlantic Regional Center is delighted to announce the beginning of construction on Bank Street Lofts. The project is located within 45 minutes of Manhattan, and is close to Princeton University and the Peddie School.
Bank Street Lofts is a multi-use loft apartment and retail project and will provide the local community with much-needed commercial, upscale townhomes and luxury apartments. The building reuse exemplifies the town's desire to retain the cultural heritage whilst creating an exciting and functional space for residents.
Bank Street Lofts is a 200,000 square foot development that features a public courtyard, retail and landscaped walkways along the Rocky Brook. It is a blend of nature and nostalgia set in a rich historic borough.
McGowan Builders is the construction company. McGowan is a famous builder, having completed projects in New York, such as The Dream Hotel, in Manhattan, and the new luxury downtown Manhattan, River & Warren Condominiums overlooking the Hudson River. McGowan brings the "nuanced" approach to the project that will create the correct blend of quality, accountability and collaboration. A special project needs a special builder.
