We would like to formally announce the USCIS’s approval of three I-526 petitions in the Ultra Green project. With these approvals, the EB-5 investors are granted their conditional green cards and $1.5 Million was released to the project ($500,000 per investor). A milestone well deserving of a celebration, these approvals mark the beginning of the investment and immigration process. These I-526 petitions go to support all subsequent filings in the project, which is great news for the remaining investors and the project!
