AAFF II - Meres Crossing Construction Update (October 2018)

As of October 2018, de-watering of the site has completed and clearing and grading is underway at Meres Corssing.  

Meres Crossing (a portfolio project of Atlantic American Fortune Fund II, LP) will be a 236-unit garden style apartment community to be located in Tarpon Springs, Florida.  Meres Crossing will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units, priced in line with the current rental rates of the market area. The Project’s apartment units will be housed in five, three- and four-story garden style buildings. Common area amenities will include a resort-style clubhouse, fitness center, playground / tot lot, secure bicycle storage / repair room, nature area, green spaces with pavilions, and a resort-style swimming pool.

Atlantic American Fortune Fund II invested $12.5 million of equity in Meres Crossing, alongside cash equity from the project's developer/sponsor and a government-backed construction loan from US Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
