Concerted Care Group (CCG) announced today plans to open two new integrated medical centers in the Baltimore metropolitan area. CCG opened its first Baltimore Center in February, a 10,000-square-foot state-of-the-art facility located at 428 E. 25th Street. At a combined investment of $8.6 million, these two new Centers will bring CCG's total Maryland investment in integrated medical care to more than $12 million.

With the opening of the new facilities, the Concerted Care Group seeks to increase access across the region to specialized mental health counseling, primary care and wraparound treatment programs and services, particularly focusing on individuals suffering from addiction to heroin, opiates and other debilitating substances. This announcement marks the latest step in efforts to position CCG for major growth in 2016-2017.

"Most patients walk or take public transportation to our medical center," said Noah Nordheimer, president and CEO of Concerted Care Group. "With two additional centers, our ability to reach the community at large and provide truly integrated care will be greatly improved."

CCG's E. 25th Street medical center serves over 700 patients, a number expected to grow as more varied treatment programs are offered. Whole-person wellness services currently offered include substance abuse treatment, mental health counseling, primary health care and population health management.

In addition to the new facilities expected to open in summer 2016, CCG is working on expanding its footprint to other areas of Maryland, Washington, D.C, New Jersey and New York later in 2016-2017.

CCG is financed by private equity through its investment arm Concerted Care Group Investors (CCGI) and with senior debt provided by EB-5 Worldwide, who provided financing through the Oriental Dolphins Investments Regional Center.

Winmar Construction completed construction on the first facility and has been awarded the contracts for the next two facilities. Macklin and Kamhi Architects, LLC is the design firm. The firms Gordon Feinblatt, LLC and Grossberg, Yochelson, Fox & Beyda LLP provide legal representation.
