NMS Capital Advisors Expands New York Investment Banking Team Appointing Paul Heuwetter As Managing Director

NMS Capital Advisors, LLC ("NMS"), a leading global-focused investment banking and asset management firm, today announced that it has appointed Paul Heuwetter as managing director of its investment banking division and to lead it's newly formed NMS Infrastructure Group. In this newly created role, Mr. Heuwetter is bringing a variety of non-traditional financing solutions to both public and commercial clients in both public and P3 infrastructure. He will be based in the firm's New York office.

In addition to leading the newly formed NMS Infrastructure Group, Mr. Heuwetter will also oversee the firm's EB-5 practice group, which is among the leading investment banks in the sector.

Mr. Heuwetter brings more than 23 years of experience in debt capital markets, asset management, and international private banking. From 2003-2017, he was a director at Signature Securities Group and Signature Bank, a broker dealer and SEC-registered RIA and NY based Bank. Mr. Heuwetter joined Signature in 2003 to start and manage the fixed income trading operations and then from 2006 through 2014, he served as director of investment management, creating and managing the platform AUM to over $300mm. Mr. Heuwetter started Signature Bank's Capital Markets Group where he served as director of capital markets, addressing the bank's corporate client needs in interest rate derivatives, foreign exchange hedging, and cash management. In addition, he worked closely with Signature's EB-5 group, joining the group full time in 2015 and bolstering Signature's presence as a leader in EB-5 with an expertise in the use of EB-5 financing for infrastructure and with the use of Municipal bonds. Before joining Signature, he served in various capital markets and asset management positions at Bank Hapoalim, Brown Brothers Harriman, and Smith Barney. Mr. Heuwetter holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from New York University - Stern School of Business and a B.S. in Business Administration from Villanova University.
