Outlet mall based in Corpus Christi Texas. The project is fully operational and cash flowing, with EB5 being used to take out short term construction debt. The project is exemplar approved and all job creation needed to satisfy EB5 was locked in during the construction phase. The project is half way through its $37m raise. CN Global will be in Korea, China and Vietnam covering fine points with our partners of this nice project.
