Congress Passes Budget and Keeps EB-5 Going

Today - May 3, 2017 a majority of Congress voted to extend the EB-5 Regional Center Program and fund the U.S. Government through September 30, 2017. On Monday May 1, 2017 congressional leadership filed the bi-partisan legislation containing over 1,600 pages and worked through the week to sucessfully pass the legislation. At this time there are no changes to the investment minimums or parameters of the EB-5 program. For more detailed information on the omnibus spending bill click here.
