LCR Capital Partners to host informational seminars on EB-5 investor visa program in partnership with Fragomen Worldwide and Grant Thornton
U.S. private investment firm LCR Capital Partners, in partnership with immigration law counselors Fragomen Worldwide and tax advisors Grant Thornton, will be hosting informational seminars on the advantages of the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Visa program for high-net-worth investors in Mumbai and Delhi from Tuesday, 8th November 2016 to Friday, 11th November 2016. The seminars will present information about the EB-5 program such as key requirements, process, timeline and cost. It will also provide an opportunity to have all questions on U.S. immigration answered by leading experts from LCR Capital Partners, Fragomen Worldwide and Grant Thornton.
Speaking about the series of informational seminars that will be held in November in Mumbai and Delhi, LCR Capital’s Suresh Rajan, Founder & Chief Executive Officer, said “With a growing interest in alternative residence solutions among Indian families, particularly with children looking to study in the U.S., having a green card is becoming a priority for many high net worth investors… A popular method of EB-5 investment is for parents to donate the investment to their child, who then becomes the EB-5 investor. With a U.S. green card, the child can benefit from higher U.S. university acceptance rates, lower tuition costs, access to scholarships, and expanded employment opportunities after graduation (since not subject to the annual H1-B visa lottery). Our November seminar series provides a great opportunity to meet with our team of immigration experts in person before the December 9th deadline.”
The educational seminars will be held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Mumbai on Tuesday, 8th November 2016 and Wednesday, 9th November 2016 at 7 pm. In Delhi, the seminars will be held at the Shangri La Hotel on Thursday, 10th November 2016 and Friday, 11th November 2016 at 7 pm. Registration is free to those who meet the program’s standard requirements and is now open for R.S.V.P.’s
About LCR Capital Partners
LCR Capital Partners was founded in 2012 by first-generation U.S. immigrants who met at Harvard Business School. Headquartered in Westport, Connecticut, LCR is a U.S. private investment firm that provides growth capital to the best performing brands in the U.S. franchise industry, primarily in the quick service restaurant (QSR) sector. Headed by CEO, Suresh Rajan, LCR combines expertise in lending, franchise strategy, and franchise operations – and applies its expertise to benefit its EB-5 clients. LCR sources its capital from global high-net-worth investors seeking U.S. green cards and permanent U.S. residency through the EB-5 Immigrant Investment Visa Program.
About the EB-5 Program
The EB-5 Investor Visa Program is the fastest and most reliable way for Indian high-net-worth investors to earn a U.S. green card. The program provides U.S. green cards and permanent residency to an investor and their immediate family (all children up to age of 21) through a one-time investment of $500,000 USD into a new U.S. business that creates 10 or more American jobs.
Since most other alternatives to obtain a U.S. green card (e.g. H-1B, EB-2, EB-3) involve frustratingly long waiting times and cumbersome processes, LCR’s clients are increasingly taking advantage of the EB-5 visa's multiple benefits including high approval rates (95%+), relatively quick processing times (~15 to 18 months) and a competitive return.
