Project Description

Located in downtown Cleveland, on the Eastern bank of the Cuyahoga River, is the first phase of the mixed-use Flats East Bank Project. Centered on the construction of the Ernst & Young Office Tower, an attached Aloft Hotel, and space for retail and restaurants. Construction of Flats East Bank Phase 1 was completed in the second quarter of 2013.
