GO USA EB-5 Regional Center

GO USA EB5 Regional Center intends to focus on promoting economic growth and job creation in the Chicago, Illinois metropolitan area through capital investment opportunities including construction, traveler accommodations, restaurants and food services.

GO USA EB5 Regional Center, together with an independent, third party “Investment Supervisor”, will assure that (i) money is invested into an approved new commercial enterprise and (ii) there is adherence to the criteria for job creation – both of which are critical to a successful EB-5 project.

GO USA EB5 Regional Center is led by Chicago real estate veteran, Scott David Greenberg, who will serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of GO USA EB5 Regional Center. Mr. Greenberg is a real estate visionary who conceives, builds and operates various award–winning hospitality, retail and mixed use developments. His background spans over 30 years in various aspects of low and high rise construction, development and financing. Mr. Greenberg has created many landmark properties including theWit Hotel in downtown Chicago.
