Founded by first-generation immigrants who graduated from Harvard Business School in 1997, LCR Capital Partners is a partner-owned, global investment firm which finances the development of signature real estate and hospitality projects across the United States.
Founded in 2012, LCR is headquartered in Westport, CT and has established regional of offices in Miami, FL (2014), São Paulo (2015), Mumbai and Cape Town (2016), and Dubai (2018). The firm plans to establish offices in Washington, DC, and Singapore later this year.
LCR earned its first Regional Center license in 2014 and currently operates Regional Centers covering the following states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Florida and Georgia.
As an emerging leader in the EB-5 industry, LCR currently operates various Regional Centers designed to help foreign investors obtain U.S. green cards via job-creating investments in the United States.
The firm’s investment capital is sourced from a global investor base of 600+ foreign high net worth (HNW) investors and who hail from over 30 countries and represent a diverse cross-section of C-level executives, highly-skilled professionals (on H-1B visas), international students, VC/PE investment professionals, family business owners, and aspiring entrepreneurs.
LCR’s senior management team built and established distinguished track records while serving at many of the world’s premier organizations including: McKinsey & Co., JPMorgan Chase, Credit Suisse, UBS, BlackRock, EMP Global, HSBC, Rio Bravo Investimentos, INVESCO, Fox Point Capital, Frontier Strategy Group, the U.S. Congress, and other leading global institutions.

LCR's Investor's Objectives:
LCR’s investors typically pursue two or more of the following investment objectives: (i) strengthen the odds of their children’s admission to selective U.S. colleges and graduate schools; (ii) enable their children to reliably gain access to top U.S. professional opportunities upon graduation (and thereby avoid the need to win the annual H-1B visa lottery); (iii) enable foreign professionals under H-1B or L1 visas to dramatically increase their career mobility/advancement; (iv) secure a residency safety net and back-up plan in situations of political instability, social unrest or economic crisis and/or (v) the protection, preservation and timely return of capital.
