Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa in Orlando Florida is approved by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in Washington, D.C. as a Regional Center.   The Resort is in located in a Targeted Employment Area (TEA).  The Center has been approved for job preservation which will be applied at the I 829 lifting of the conditional status. The Lake Buena Vista Regional Center is an award-winning, established condominium-hotel development already built and operating with its ammenities in place. The Regional Center is anchored by an aquatic center, health spa, restaurants, and outlet shopping mall. The condos are in a rental program managed by a professional hotel management company and offers investors immediate cash flow. The Center is ideally located just over a mile from Walt Disney World and minutes from Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Orlando Convention Center and Orlando International Airport.
