On Nov. 27, 2013, I appeared before the Brown County commissioners meeting wanting someone to investigate the missing $5 million that had been given as a grant that was to go to construction and equipment for the Northern Beef Packers plant. But it was taken unlawfully into the EB-5 program. Not only did the money disappear, but there was a suicide of a partner in the unlawful use of the money. But who would commit suicide, shooting himself in the abdomen? Where he could lie in hours of pain and agony?
