Immigration attorney Carlos E. Sandoval is slated to appear at a Global Trade Chamber seminar, “Obtaining Immigration Benefits in the United States through Investment, Employment, or Trade,” on Tuesday, March 29, 2016, from 12-2 p.m. The event, which will include information on investment visas (EB-5 and E-2), professional visas (H-1B, EB-2), and trade visas (E-1), among others, is being held at 10001 W. Oakland Park Blvd., Suite 302, Sunrise, FL.
“There are several options for people who want to immigrate to the United States based on a qualified investment, a job offer, or substantial trade with the United States, and I will be educating attendees on those options,” said Sandoval. “For those wanting to invest in the United States, they will learn about options on how to get a green card or a visa.”
Furthermore, for those that conduct substantial trade with the United States, they will learn about possible immigration benefits, while executives in foreign companies will be educated on how an executive transfer visa (EB-1, L-1) can help. Attendees who have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree that have an offer of employment will learn about professional visas (H-1B), and those from Canada, Mexico, Chile, Singapore or Australia will learn about special visas available to them.
