Toshio Rahman is a Director at CM International Immigration Service, an immigration consultancy which helps clients obtain passports, permanent residence and visas from around the world. His position has allowed him to live in Morocco, Malaysia, Turkey and Canada where he specialized in building partnerships with local stakeholders to promote various migration programs. Toshio has a BA from Carleton University and LLM from the University of London. He currently resides in Vancouver, Canada with his wife.
