Project Description

Meres Crossing is the second of four assets within Atlantic American Fortune Fund II, LP (AAFF II), which is now closed to new investors.  Meres Crossing will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units, priced in line with the current rental rates of the market area.  The Project’s apartment units will be housed in five, three- and four-story garden style buildings and will have 414 surface parking spaces (1.75 spaces / unit). Common area amenities will include a clubhouse, fitness center, playground / tot lot, secure bicycle storage / repair room, nature area, green spaces with pavilions, and a pool.

The Project will be centered around the development of currently vacant, undeveloped land, situated on 6.5 acres located in Tarpon Springs, Florida adjacent to the Florida Hospital North Pinellas, a 168 bed hospital.
