Bluegrass International Fund Regional Center
Bluegrass International Fund (BIF) is an authorized EB-5 Regional Center by the USCIS. In addition to sourcing and managing projects and structuring financing, BIF will market to overseas investors and provide visa/immigration support. BIF investments will focus on job-creating projects in the following areas:
