Pittsburgh Regional Investment Center (PRIC) is a federally-approved Regional Center (PRIC USCIS Approval letter), exclusively focused on job growth and investment within southwest Pennsylvania. We offer government authorized EB-5 investment opportunities to foreign investors seeking permanent residency in the United States. By using the EB-5 funding, we provide sustainable funding sources for domestic project owners to create jobs in the Pittsburgh region. We choose only those projects that we believe will encourage sustained economic growth in southwestern Pennsylvania.
PRIC is currently targeting investment projects in the following areas:
