California Golden Fund

The California Golden Fund is dedicated to providing flexible equity and debt financing to projects that promote job growth and meet requirements of the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) EB-5 Investment Program. EB-5 funding is a low cost source of financing that can easily be combined with other forms of project financing. CGF is approved to fund a broad range of economic development, public/private, and private sector projects including hotel, retail, medical, office, industrial, infrastructure and transit orientated development projects opportunities in Los Angeles County, Orange County, Ventura County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and Imperial County.
