Mr. Curtis is a Principal of the California Golden Fund. Mr. Curtis’ professional experience includes 25 years of business and legal experience in the corporate, real estate and land use areas. He has represented owners, managers, investors, pension fund advisors, banks and other lenders, businesses and developers primarily in corporate and transactional and administrative real estate matters, including with respect to the ownership, management, financing and development of hotels, master planned communities, new and existing entertainment venues and commercial and industrial properties.

Mr. Curtis was a Partner with Sheppard Mullin Richter and Hampton LLP, where he was the Practice Group Leader for the Real Estate and Land Use Group; and he also served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel of a large private real estate holding company. Mr. Curtis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He also graduated Cum Laude from Loyola Law School.
