American Venture Solutions EB-5 (AVS EB-5) is a Miami-based company which provides the most reliable EB-5 Investment opportunities to accredited foreign investors and their families seeking to obtain permanent residency in the United States. 

AVS EB-5 is the only USCIS approved Regional Center which exclusively offers projects owned and controlled by a Forbes-400 U.S. operating partner group.

In 2010, the AVS EB-5 team founded and obtained USCIS-approval for our first EB-5 Regional Center: American Venture Solutions Regional Center (AVSRC).

AVSRC consists of three EB-5 projects. The first 2, Lake Point Capital Partners and Lake Point EcoVentures, are fully-subscribed, Lake Point Logistics, is our current offering. Our initial projects provided EB-5 investment funds for job creation at a South Florida limestone quarry. Lake Point Logistics, our current EB-5 project, is a trucking venture created to address the shortage of reliable aggregate materials transportation and hauling in South Florida. These EB-5 Investors will be providing financing for South Florida's first and only independently owned and operated heavy hauling company equipped with an all new 2016 Kenworth T880 Aggregate Hauler fleet.

Currently, the AVS team is in the process of developing its second EB-5 Regional Center: AVS Tennessee, a land development, timber, and agricultural project in rural Tennessee.
