Jud co-founded and co-owns Zocco Holdings with Jorge Lindemann Jr., Zocco Holdings is 50% owner of American Venture Solutions Regional Center. Jud also co-founded and co-owns BC Property Investments, LLC in 1998, a Lindemann family enterprise focused on real estate, mining, and development. He is primarily responsible for deal origination, marketing, re-leasing and property management.

Jud serves as the primary corporate strategist for the group, tempering enthusiasm with pragmatism and insuring a steady and stable course on each project. Jud serves as both an equity investor and the collective representative for the other equity investors behind the Lake Point project and the other Lindemann Group EB-5 projects to be deployed under American Venture Solutions Regional Center. He holds a B.A. from Vanderbilt University.
