MSC was established to allow foreign investors an opportunity to invest in development projects inside the United States of America. By investing in MSC, qualified investors, working closely with our management team, are also able to receive an Investment Visa for the United States of America. In addition, MSC investors also enjoy ownership in Marriott International, Inc. branded properties for the life of the project. MSC affiliates also have approved relationships with Hyatt, Hilton, and other substantial hoteliers.

MSC will, upon engagement, lead the investor through the investment process into Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton, and other branded properties throughout the Western United States. For the duration of the Investment Visa process, investors will enjoy the comfort of knowing their investment is solid and secure. Investors will also maintain, in perpetuity, an ownership percentage in these properties even after they have obtained US citizenship.
