Before joining i3 Technologies as Vice President of Research and Development, Mr. Studdert was a White House Appointee with the United States Agency for International Development in Washington, D.C. as an International Cooperation Specialist. He was the primary aid contact between the Bosnian Mission in Sarajevo and U.S. Agency for International Development, the State Department, and other U.S. agencies in Washington D.C.
Previous to USAID, David worked with Warren Miller Entertainment as their National Tour Manager in Boulder, CO. He managed advance, post-production, and presentation of an annual outdoor recreation film and was responsible for the coordination of all logistics with local planning officials in over 20 major U.S. cities. He also developed and managed strategic relationships and alliances with corporate and institutional sponsors, partners, and collaborators. Having spent time in both the private and public sectors since receiving a BS in International Law and Diplomacy at Brigham Young University, Mr. Studdert offers a broad knowledge of the international market place, governmental policies and procedures, and business in a free market economy. Mr. Studdert speaks fluent Russian.
