Welcome to Southeast Regional Center

SRC is a unique Regional Center with a focus on automotive manufacturing projects. SRC is located at the “heart” of the U.S. Southeastern Automotive Manufacturing Corridor’s robust expansion in response to the exploding demand for its cars.

Worldwide Foreign-based automotive companies such as Hyundai and Kia have all steadily expanded operations in this corridor. SRC’s successful EB-5 projects have helped exclusive Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers for companies like Hyundai and Kia, with their expansion while drastically improving economic development in Targeted Employment Areas through the creation of hundreds and hundreds of real jobs for real people affecting real lives and their communities.

SRC's EB-5 projects are fully operational production facilities with EB-5 funds used to fund expansion of these facilities to meet higher demand of globally recognized automobiles manufactured in the States. Our projects creates real jobs for real people and our job creation numbers have a strong multiplier with a substantial buffer.

Our First Project had 100% 526 approval rates last year. Our next project is even stronger.

Located within the Southeastern Automotive Corridor in Alabama, SRC's EB-5 projects builds communities, by helping our Global manufacturers bring jobs back to the States.
