Whatcom Opportunities RC
The Whatcom Opportunities Regional Center (WORC) was designated, by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), in October 2006, as a Regional Center entitled to participate in the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Pilot Program.
WORC pools investor funds to build retirement communities in Whatcom County, Washington, we build homes and offer them to 'active adults' aged 55 plus. Residents of WORC's communities have access to a wide array of ammenities including an 18 hole PGA championship golf course, a state of the art fitness and welness center, activity center and swimming pool. On-site nurse care, housekeeping and retirement care are also offered.
Investors collectively earn 70% of net profits. After 60 months the investor may choose to withdraw from the investment under various exit scenarios.
To date, WORC has approximately 50 investors with a 100% I-526 approval record.
